Charterers shall only supply suitable fuels to enable main propulsion and auxiliary machinery to
operate efficiently and without harmful effects and in line
with any national/international requirements as regards fuel quality. Fuels to be mineral based
products, stable and homogeneous and shall not contain waste
lubricants, chemicals or any other harmful substances. Sludge removal, if any, to be always for
Owners\' account and time.
Vessel participates in a fuel quality testing programme. Samples are taken during each bunkering.
Costs involved to be for Owners account.
Should a supplier have supplied bunker with different specifications than ordered, and the
company doing the bunker quality testing program make reasonable suggestions
how to use the bunker supplied without damaging the engine, then owners to cooperate.
Ballast Capacity:
